Came with everything except sliding door. Got it for $6,200 with tax and delivery. I built a 40'x63' pole barn myself using a kit that i bought from menards. Went in told them the size, color, overhang, type doors and a couple of more things that they needed to know. I only ask because my 30x40 was $45k all said and done. Ive heard you can save big money there. I was about 40k all in (site work, some trees, and concrete) on my 30x40x12. Menards apparently got their start doing a lot of pole barn kits, they have an estimator that will allow you to design the barn and get the materials purchased and delivered.
