In november 2021, fogle wrote a letter from prison to the new york post saying he royally screwed up and claimed he runs 4 to 5 miles a day and works out regularly behind bars. After the fbi raided his indiana home which came two months after the head of fogles foundation was arrested on child pornography charges subway quickly removed.
