NC's E-warrant System: Is It Legal?
Last july, the north carolina administrative office of the courts (aoc) launched a new application for generating criminal process and pleadings: This application replaced ncaware and is part of the court systems migration to ecourts, a digital system. All judicial and law enforcement ncaware users also have access to the unserved warrants in both the ncaware system and ncaocs automated criminal / infractions system (acis).
