My Accutane Experience: Regret, Scars, And A Shocking Revelation
Hey everyone and welcome to my accutane journey! This is a super personal post for me to write, but its something very close to my heart as i struggled with my skin for over a. I'm not going to touch on other minor issues that came about from accutane, but for the two aforementioned problems alone, i regret going on accutane. Unfortunately, there is no feasible. During my first month on accutane, i started purging for about a week but then my skin cleared up rather quickly.
I somehow don't remember if i ever scarred from the acne i had before accutane, which is weird cause it was only like 5 years ago lol. I'm 22 now, i took accutane at 18. It's hard to say if i. Ib, and also random bad breakouts along the way. Redness, flushing, scarring proneness (95% of my scars came from accutane). Accutane does not cause scars. Nor does it make your skin worse in the long term. There is often a period of purging where your acne gets worse (sometimes, much worse) before it gets.
